The Backyard Begins
Marcus and Priya start experimenting with wing recipes at home, perfecting their first three signature sauces for friends and family cookouts in Oak Park.
Farmers Market Debut
Wing Snob makes its public debut at the Oak Park Farmers Market. Crowds gather every Saturday — and by summer, the waitlist stretches around the block.
First Brick & Mortar
We open our first restaurant at 7115 W North Ave. The community shows up in force on opening day, with a line out the door from 11 AM to close.
Sauce Lab Expands
We launch our dedicated Sauce Lab, expanding our lineup from 8 to 20+ flavors and introducing our fan-favorite Ghost Pepper Honey Glaze.
Delivery Goes Live
We launch our own online ordering platform, bringing Wing Snob quality directly to your door across Oak Park and surrounding Chicagoland neighborhoods.
Catering Takes Off
Our catering program serves over 200 corporate and private events this year alone. Wing Snob becomes the go-to choice for Chicagoland celebrations.
